Having an idea is one thing, but to start up the first tea production a starting capital was needed. The first harvest required a lot of research and investments.
To realize all this, we decided to raise our seed capital through a crowdfunding campaign. The campaign on Oneplanetcrowd went like crazy. Within 2 weeks we had already reached the minimum amount needed and at the end of the campaign we even had enough to produce extra stock for shops.
The reactions to the campaign were heart-warming. It turned out that many people were already interested in hemp tea, which was a great confirmation of our idea. And we immediately received requests of shops that wanted to place Dutch Harvest on their shelves. Watch the video on the right to see how it all started.
